AORE - hosting an Inclusiveness Summit

"The intention of AORE‘s April 13-14, 2021 Inclusiveness Summit is to virtually convene members and not-yet members to improve Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (JEDI) practices in the facilitation of the outdoor experiences they lead. We will explore barriers through four thought leaders and discuss actionable ways that attendees can lead in addressing these barriers.  Following each thought leader session, attendees will participate in their choice of breakout group discussions based on self identity. This event is designed for outdoor leaders to broaden their awareness of challenges they, or others, may encounter while working in the outdoor ecosystem."
